Octane Quick Material
The Octane Quick Material node creates a condensed version of the Octane Standard Surface material directly in the Geometry (SOP) node (figure 1). The Material Type parameter has two options; Surface and Medium. The Surface parameters are detailed in the Standard Surface section. If Medium is selected as the Material Type, the Standard Volume section or the Medium Volume section detail the corresponding parameters depending on which medium type is selected.
