Toon Point Light option adds point light to the scene. It is suitable for local illumination.

Toon Point Light Parameters
Texture - Sets the light source color.
Power - The light source intensity.
Light Pass ID - The Light Pass ID captures the respective emitter's contribution.
Cast shadows - Enable or disable shadow casting from this light source.
