Toon Directional Light option adds a directional light to the scene. It is similar to sunlight and does not have a finite point of origin, only an illumination direction.

The Toon Directional light parameters can also be adjusted in the Light Data Properties.

Toon Directional Light Parameters

Light direction mode - How to define the direction of the light. 

Texture - Sets the light source color.

Power - The light source intensity.

Light Pass ID - The Light Pass ID captures the respective emitter's contribution.

Cast shadows - Enable or disable shadow casting from this light source.
