IES Lighting
An IES light profile can be added to any light source using the Distribution input pin on an Emission node (figure 1).

The imported IES light profile should have it's Projection type set to Spherical and it's Coordinate Space set to Normal Space (IES Lights) in the Distribution parameters (figure 2).
