There are several ways to light a scene in Blender® with OctaneRender®. OctaneRender provides complex environment lighting with the use of Daylight Environment, a Texture Environment, and Environment maps for Environment lighting. You can also use the Blender AreaArea Light and IES Lights to construct Mesh Emitters.
