Saw, Sine, Triangle Wave

 

The Sine, Saw, and Triangle wave textures create various banding or striped patterns. To control the pattern's position, connect a Transform node to the Texture’s Scale attribute.

These TexturesTextures are used to add details to a surface. Textures can be procedural or imported raster files. have a single Offset attribute that adjusts the wave bands' position. Figures 1 - 3 compare the different results from each Texture applied to a model.
