The Cosine Mix Texture mixes two textures together based on a cosine wave. In Figure 1, a Turbulence texture is combined with an RGB Spectrum using the Cosine Mix Texture that's connected to an Octane material's Diffuse component. The Amount slider balances the strength of the two textures.
