Issue 1. Cannot find driver for laptop or computer

Problem:

The available OEM drivers are not recent enough.

Solution:

As a workaround, find a suitable official Nvidia driver, unzip the executable, and modify the device list to include your hardware. Then manually install the driver. See forum or search the Internet for more detailed information.

Problem:

Newly released card and waiting for updated Nvidia driver to support it.

Solution:

The new drivers should be released shortly. OctaneRender^® and CUDA are in constant development and new hardware and CUDA revisions are being released regularly. There are a few occasions where this situation occurs and causes a delay in getting the most out of your hardware and OctaneRender™.
