The MaterialThe representation of the surface or volume properties of an object. Layer Group node lets you add multiple Material layers to existing Octane materials, without needing a Layered material node. It can connect to the Material layer pin on existing materials (figure 1).

Material Layer Slots - Adds material layer types.
Add - Adds a new Material Layer input to the end of the node.
Trashcan Icon - Removes the last Layer input on the node.
