Clay Rendering

There are two different Clay Rendering modes that preview scenes and assist with tuning the environment lights:

• Clay Mono - Renders the scene with one material (diffuse white) for all objects.
• Clay Color - Renders the scene with the diffuse colors of the materials for all objects.

Override Scene MaterialsA set of attributes or parameters that describe surface characteristics.

Overrides all the scene materials with the material referenced in the Override MaterialThe representation of the surface or volume properties of an object. parameter. The Exclude Objects parameter can exclude objects from the materials override.
