When a light is created in Octane, a Light Tag is also created for the light object. The Light Tag consists of four main tabs: Basic, Main, Light Settings and Visibility. The Basic is the classic Cinema 4D tab. Figure 1 shows how the Octane Light Tag is used to create Octane-specific lights from native C4D lights/objects as the base elements.
